Meet our Speech Pathology Team
Laura Rosenhart
Laura has been working as a Speech Pathologist since 2000 and has been lucky enough to work across Regional Western Australia, the Northern Territory, Victoria and the United Kingdom. She is passionate about providing family-centred services across regional areas and working closely with all members of the community to ensure communication goals are incorporated into everyday activities. On moving back to her home state of WA, Laura founded Out Loud in 2013 with the aim of establishing a local service that meets individual family needs. Laura has two little girls and an amazing stay-at-home husband, and outside of work enjoys running, camping and spending time with her husband and two girls.
Bronwyn Johnson

Bronwyn is a Speech Pathologist at Out Loud Developmental Services. She graduated as a Speech Pathologist from Curtin University in 2022. Before moving to Bunbury and working at Out Loud Bronwyn worked for 2 years in Perth providing early intervention support to children and their families. Bronwyn is passionate about working with young children and families to support them in their communication journey. Outside of work Bronwyn enjoys taking her dog Winston for camping trips and exploring the South West.

Brooke is a Speech Pathologist at Out Loud Developmental Services.
Kelly Kent
​
Kelly graduated as a Speech Pathologist in 2005 from Curtin University. Before working for Out Loud, she spent many years working for WA Country Health Service with a passion for early intervention. As well as her clinical experience, she has enjoyed projects focusing on health promotion and clinical systems. When not at work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and as much time as she can in her craft room playing with paper & ink.
Melissa De Marte
Mel is a Speech Pathologist at Out Loud. She graduated from Curtin University in 2012 and worked in Perth for 6 years with hearing impaired children before moving to the South West for love. Mel is passionate about making a difference to children with complex speech needs and working with school-aged clients. Outside of work, Mel loves to cook, and get creative with her sewing machine.
