Your therapist puts time and energy into preparing for sessions, therefore please let us know with at least 48 hours’ notice if your child can no longer make their appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) will be invoiced at the full rate.

If you do not provide notice of your cancellation and simply do not arrive for your appointment, Out Loud will charge the full fee for the missed appointment, including any travel component. If you have failed to attend your appointment, it is your responsibility to contact Out Loud to rebook the session or confirm any other pre-booked therapy appointments. If you do not contact Out Loud, any other scheduled appointments will be forfeited.

Frequent late cancellations and/or non-attendance may result in suspension of service.
